Sathriyan Movie Review


Sathriyan is written and directed by S. R. Prabhakaran of Sundara Pandian and Idhu Kadhirvelan Kadhal fame and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. Vikram Prabhu and Manjima Mohan in lead roles. Music Composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The movie is set in Trichy.

Movie Story : A dreaded don Samuthiram (Sharath Lohithashwa) in City. He is murdered by henchman Shankar (Aruldas) with the support of the minister. Now Shankar (Aruldas) becomes the powerful in City.

Guna ( Vikram Prabhu) works in Samuthiram’s group and he is appointed as guard for the Daughter of Samuthiram (Manjima Mohan) by Ravi (Vijay Murugan). Niranjana (Manjima Mohan) starts loving Guna. Niranjana’s family and Ravi is against the love. Guna is not Giving up his love. Ravi and Shankar decides to kill Guna. Rest of the Story

Spoiler Free Review : 

Vikram Prabhu Played his Role Very Well.  Manjima Mohan looks homely and Played her Role Very Well. Yuvan Shankar Raja’s Excellent Background score and Sivakumar Vijayan’s realistic cinematography. Good powerful dialogues. Slow Screenplay Can be done better in Second Half.
