Nakshathra Nagesh is an Indian TV Anchor and Actress, who works in Tamil film and Television industry. She is Famous and well known after hosting a Tamil Singing reality show Sun Singer on Sun TV.
Nakshathra Nagesh was born on 11 September 1992 and Brought up in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She did her schoolings in Chettinad Vidyashram School, Chennai and completed her College degree at Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Chennai.

She started her career as an Anchor in a Tamil television show Vanavil in Thanthi TV. She comes to Limelight after hosting Sun Singer on Sun TV. She anchored many Movie Audio launches and award functions. She also acted in popular short films like Kana Kadhal, Thotakkal Poovachu, Ival Azhagu, En Iniya Pon Nilave, and Eno Vaanilai Maruthey and a Tamil web series As I’m Suffering From Kadhal, Directed by Balaji Mohan.
Nakshathra Nagesh made her acting debut in the Tamil television serial Vani Rani, directed by O.N Rathnam. She made her film debut with Kadhal Ondru Kanden, in 2019, Directed by Punith. She currently doing the leading role in Lakshmi Stores serial along with Khushbu in Sun TV.
